Celebrating 40 Years
For 40 years the Favell Museum has astounded visitors with the unexpected. Gene Favell, along with family and friends, collected Native American artifacts most of his life. The museum was built to be a place for the public to share his passion. It is the culmination of a family’s dream to preserve western artifacts and share them with the world. The Favell Museum is dedicated to the Indians who roamed and loved this land before the coming of the white man and to those artists who truly portray the inherited beauty which surrounds us. Their artifacts and art are an important part of the heritage of the West.
